David Domoney

David Domoney is our Brand Ambassador, a partnership which began in 2025.

 

David is a Chartered Horticulturalist, Broadcaster, and Author, with more than 40 years of professional horticultural experience. He has over 20 years of television presenting experience, including featuring on ITV’s Love Your Garden, Love Your Weekend, and This Morning. He has won over 30 RHS medals and 3 RHS ‘Best in Show’ trophies.

 

His bestselling book My Houseplant Changed My Life (Dorling Kindersley) inspired thousands to embrace the wellbeing benefits of plants. His latest book, Plants with Superpowers (Frances Lincoln), profiles the remarkable abilities plants have and how they can benefit our daily lives.

 

As part of his partnership with Premier, David will be sharing his expertise on creating magical Christmas moments. He’ll be writing about the beauty of bright lights and cluster lights, the Tree Company’s stunning artificial trees for memories, and how to decorate both indoors and outdoors to create lasting festive traditions. His inspirational advice will help households across the UK bring wonder and style to their celebrations.

 

Prince Edward, the Duke of Edinburgh, personally selected David for his Award for Horticulture Excellence. He is Patron of Birmingham Botanical Gardens, Patron of the British Hedgehog Preservation Society, and Patron of the Greenfingers Charity. He is also an Ambassador for numerous charities, including SANE, RSPB, War Widows, Thrive, Air Ambulances UK and the Melanoma Fund, as well as Ambassador of the Chartered Institute of Horticulture. David is a Lifetime Member of the Horticultural Trades Association.
